Thank you for visiting our website for our proposals for 180 homes and associated community facilities on land west of Ashington School – a site which is allocated in the adopted Ashington Neighbourhood Plan.

Several months have passed since submission of our planning application (ref: DC/23/0406) and our original consultation with you. During that period, amendments have been made to our proposals as a result of receiving consultation responses from key stakeholders and we have therefore updated this website with the latest details. We would politely request that all feedback be returned by Thursday 1 February 2024.

All feedback is important to us and will be carefully considered as our application progresses. An addendum to the original Statement of Community Involvement will be provided to Horsham District Council once we have had an opportunity to review any new comments received.
